Navigating Dinning Out

Delicious dinner out! You can almost always find something healthy to eat (unless you're at Hooters or BuffaloWild Wings 🤣😂). Sometimes that is just a plain grilled chicken and a very simple salad but tonight it was Lemon Pepper Pan Seared Salmon with mango salsa, steamed zucchini and asparagus with no butter. No sugar added in the salsa or in the seasoning. Navigating menus can be tricky at times but dont be afraid to ask what things are cooked in. Currently on a strict round of whole30 but have basically been eating this way since September 2018 and I've never felt better. Of course eating at home and cooking real food is the only way to REALLY know all the ingredients you put in your body but there are always better choices! This was SO delicious!!
